If you're selling, moving out, dealing with an inherited property or simply starting again, we'll clear the house from top to bottom.
That can include furniture, kitchen contents, carpets, lofts, cellars, garages, sheds and the usual cupboards full of things nobody's looked at for ten years.
Partial Clearances
You don't have to book a whole house.
We can clear a spare room, old furniture, a cellar, a loft, a few bulky items or whatever else you've got taking up space.

- We get stuck in. Everything agreed gets loaded and taken away.
- We sweep up. The rooms we've cleared are left tidy.

- Can you take carpets and underlay?
- Yes. If they're included in the quote, we can remove old carpets, underlay and lino along with the rest of the clearance.
- How long does a full house clearance take?
- A standard 2 or 3-bedroom house can often be cleared in a day, although it depends on how much is inside and how awkward the access is.
- Do you clear lofts and cellars too?
- Yes. If you're booking a full property clearance, we can include lofts, cellars, garages and sheds. Just tell us what you want left behind.
